EASLEY — An Easley teenager is dead following an accident on S.C. 183 on Monday.

Pickens County Coroner Kandy Kelley said Kevin Daryl McNab, 16, of 129 Latham Street in Easley, was killed in a single car accident at around 11:40 p.m.

Kelly said that McNab lost control of his vehicle and was ejected, landing under the vehicle at the intersection of S.C. 183 and Jameson Road.

Kelly added that McNab was not wearing a seat belt when the accident occurred and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident is still being investigated by the South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Pickens County Coroner’s office.
