In the state of South Carolina, trespass after notice is a misdemeanor criminal offense prohibited by section 16-11-620 for the South Carolina Code.
Those who enter upon the lands of others without the permission of the owner or manager shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor trespassing. All persons are hereby notified and warned not to hunt, fish, cut timber or trespass in any manner whatsoever upon the lands of the undersigned:

IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Pickens, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of South Carolina, intends to file a Petition pursuant to S.C. Code Section 57-9-10, et. seq., for abandonment of a portion of Dean Street, a roadway owned and maintained by the City of Pickens. The portion of Dean Street to be abandoned is identified as 6,932 sq. ft. of a 50 foot wide right of way. Said area is 0.16 acres and bordered on the northeast by property owned by Ace Sales Consultations, Inc. identified by Tax Map Parcel No. 4180-00-49-5522; and bordered on the northwest by property owned by Richard Tillies and Joanna Tillies identified by Tax Map Parcel No.: 4180-00-45-5654;
