Last week, we had a pest removal company send a man to inspect our attic. That’s when we learned we had a family of squirrels comfortably housed up there. He found a hole in the boxing the size of a softball, and when he climbed up onto the roof and clapped his hands, several squirrels erupted from the boxing and raced across the roof, then straight down the side of the

Bake a Big Batch of Brownies

By Olivia Fowler
For the Courier
ofowler@thepccourier.com

I know there are some who really don’t like brownies, and I understand and don’t judge. We all have a different set of taste buds and can’t control our genetic makeup.

But for those of you who do like chocolate — and I am among those — you may like some of these variations on the classic brownie recipe.
