• Divine Purpose to host Gospel singing
Divine Purpose Outreach Ministry in Easley will be celebrating its 10 years of service with a Church Pre-Anniversary Gospel singing. The event will be held on May 17, at 4 p.m. Doors will open at 3 p.m. Divine Purpose Outreach is located at 103 West C Ave, in Easley. The program we will feature D.P.O.M. Praise Team, Sister Orrie Burdine, Charmain Madison, Voices of Union, Bethel Impact Church Praise Team, Worshipers 4 Christ, Psalmist Batista Carter and Minister Portia and LWO. • UFC plans open house on March 17
The Upstate Food Co-op (UFC) is holding an open house and member appreciation event on May 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 137 S. Main St. in Six Mile. As the only food co-op in Upstate SC, UFC is celebrating 47 years in business and the third year of our organic food garden. Stop by for a free goodies and sample bags, healthy food and beverage sample tastings, door prizes, a walk through the garden, chalk painting for kids and adults, free trial memberships. Be sure to sign up for the gift drawings. The UFC event will be held in conjunction with the 2025 Issaqueena Festival that is being held on Main Street.
