Due to inclement weather, the Pickens Christmas Parade has been rescheduled for Friday, Dec. 12, at 7 p.m.
Get ready to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year right here in Pickens.
This holiday season will be filled with community cheer, twinkling lights, and all the small-town Christmas magic you love. This year’s parade theme is “Christmas Traditions and Tales” — a celebration of the stories and customs that make the season bright, from timeless holiday tales to cherished family memories.

Easley

Visit Downtown Easley with family and loved ones on Dec. 13, at 6 p.m. for the Annual Easley Christmas Parade of Lights. The parade will be filled with floats and performances that will take over downtown Easley. To get the best view, get there early and snag up the spot of your choice. The parade will begin at the intersection of East Main St and Bradley Avenue, travel down Main Street, left onto South 1st Street, and left onto West 1st Street.
In the event of inclement weather, the rescheduled date will be the following day: Sunday, Dec. 14, at 3 p.m.
The event is hosted by The Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Hendrick Honda-Easley.

Central

The annual Town of Central Christmas Parade has been rescheduled for Sunday, Dec. 14, at 5 p.m. Festivities will include hot chocolate and visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the downtown caboose, accompanied by favorite holiday tunes.
Prior to the parade, the Town of Central will hold its Christmas tree lighting at 4:45 p.m. The parade will travel through town along Main Street and conclude near the Mt. Zion Cemetery area.

Cue the carols and warm up those vocal cords—it’s Christmas Karaoke at The Central Roller Mills on Dec. 13 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. Join them for an afternoon of festive fun as they belt out holiday favorites, from classic carols to Mariah-level crowd-pleasers. Come solo, bring a duet partner, or pile a whole crew on stage—everyone’s welcome, from shower-singers to star performers, 300 Madden Bridge Rd Central.

The holiday spirit is spreading throughout the city! The Dacusville Community Center, 2671 Earls Bridge Rd #186E, Easley, SC 29640, will host its official tree lighting event this Dec. 12 at 7 p.m., it is free and open to the public.

Mark your calendars for the Dacusville Christmas Parade on Dec. 13 at 2 p.m. This is their 42nd year Anniversary and they are so proud of all their past partnerships and participants.
The theme of this year’s parade is “All American Christmas.”
