BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority against Tyler Marnai Davis Barton a/k/a Tyler Davis Barton et al., I, the Master in Equity for Pickens County, will sell on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., at the Pickens County Courthouse, Pickens, South Carolina, to the highest bidder:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, near Old Stone Church, containing fifty-five one hundredths of an acre (55/100), more or less, and having the following metes and bounds to-wit:
