TO THE RESPONDENT ABOVE NAMED:
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Petition filed with the Pickens County Clerk of Court on February 25, 2022, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said Petition upon the subscribers, at their office, 24 Cleveland Street, Suite 100, Greenville, South Carolina 29601, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Petition in the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has commenced as to the real property located in Pickens County, South Carolina and described as 7.52 acres and .24 acres located at 4828 Highway 11, Pickens County, South Carolina (Tax Map Number: 4196-00-47-4475), and this Property may qualify as “Heirs’ Property” as defined by S.C. Code § 15-61-320(5).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Petition in the above-entitled action was filed in the office of the Clerk of Court for Pickens County on February 25, 2022. The Clerk of Court for Pickens County Court of Common Pleas is located at Pickens County, 214 East Main Street, A100, Pickens, SC 29671.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced in the Pickens County Court of Common Please upon petition of the above-named Petitioner against the above-named Respondent involving real estate located in Pickens County. The premises covered and affected by the said action thereof, were, at the time of the filing of this notice, described as follows:
All that piece parcel or lot of land lying situate and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens located approximately ten miles North of Pickens, S.C. on the both sides of S.C. Highway 11 and being shown as two parcels containing 7.52 acres and 0.24 acres on the survey by C.E. Shehan, R.S.S. #8810 dated December 28, 1993 and having such courses, distances, metes and bounds as will be shown by reference to said plat recorded in plat Book 61 at Page 156-A.

This being the same property conveyed to Scott D. Isaacs and Lori I. Johns by Deed of Minna S. Rothberg dated August 7, 2000, and recorded in the Pickens County Register of Deeds on August 8, 2000 in Deed Book 559 at Page 331.
