NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the Court Common Pleas for Pickens County, South Carolina, upon a Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants to have the title to real property quieted in the name of the Plaintiff. The real property covered and affected by the said action at the time of the filing of this Notice, is described as follows:
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate lying and being in the City of Easley, State and County aforesaid, known as Lot M-3 in Block M as shown by Plat of Fairview Heights, surveyed by J.R. Edwards, C.E. in June 1907 and being a fifty foot front on Lathem Street and a depth of one hundred fifty feet. This being the lot conveyed to me by S.J. Valley on the 14th day of April, 1919 by deed recorded in Office of Clerk of Court for Pickens County in Book 3 at Page 6 referenced to which deed is hereby made.
