GREENVILLE — Pickens County law enforcement played a pivotal role in a drug trafficking investigation that has led to charges against more than 60 people, including murder-related charges for some suspected of dealing fentanyl involved in overdose deaths.

The Easley and Pickens police departments and the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation, dubbed “Devil in Disguise,” which has resulted in the state grand jury
